Pricing questions
Clear before you commit.
Is Add25 free for donors?
Yes. Donor accounts are free. Add25 does not charge donors a subscription or a Gift Aid processing fee.
Are percentage fees charged on donations?
No. Percentage fees are calculated on the Gift Aid value Add25 processes, not on the original donation. If £1,000 of donations produces £250 of Gift Aid, a 4.5% processing fee would be £11.25 plus VAT.
What does the Starter introductory allowance mean?
A charity’s first £1,000 of Gift Aid processed through the Starter plan is free once. It is an introductory allowance, not a new allowance every tax year.
What is connected Gift Aid?
Connected Gift Aid comes through a supported donation platform, payment flow or terminal journey where the relevant donation, donor and declaration information reaches Add25 in an agreed format.
Why do imported claims cost more?
Imported records may require mapping, validation, reconciliation and human review. We confirm any complex cleanup or migration charges before work begins.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. A charity can begin on Starter and move to Plus or an Enterprise agreement as its Gift Aid volume and service needs grow.
Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added where shown and applicable.
Does Add25 guarantee that HMRC will accept a claim?
No. Add25 supports record collection, validation and claim preparation, but the charity remains responsible for accurate claims, valid declarations and compliance with HMRC rules.
